v717q. Happened to me as well on one. Might be due to the field yield penalties (not plowed, no lime, rocks, no fertilizer, etc) causing lower yield and not having enough product. I'm still experimenting with taking harvesting contracts of fields that I've worked before to see if they'll complete 100%. Contracts are bugged.
